Exchanges & Returns

We know it can be tough to find the perfect fit or style. If it's not right for you, we welcome exchanges and returns on your orders. Please email us at care@ardourlabel.com within 7 business days (from receiving your order) to request for an exchange or return. Upon approval, item has to reach us within 7 business days (from the date of approval). Requests for exchanges or returns will be declined after this period.

Returns must be in their original condition, which means unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unscented, free from marks or stains, with tags in place, and in their accompanying packaging.

We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our exchanges and returns policy. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a postal service with tracking as any parcel lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, and orders placed using a credit code.

A credit code is a digital credit that can be utilized, either partially or in full, to offset future purchases. This credit is exclusively applied to the original purchasing account and remains valid for 6 months. Complimentary delivery entitlement is based on the final amount payable after deductions of credit code.

EXCHANGES

(1) Each order qualifies for a one-time exchange only.

(2) Exchange requests will be processed for the same item in its original color. In the event that the original color is unavailable, you may choose from other available colors for that design. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if an item is out of stock, you may opt for a credit code.

(3) To initiate an exchange, please email us at care@ardourlabel.com with your order number, the item name, and the size you would like to exchange for. This information helps us check the availability of the desired item for exchange. 

Upon receiving your request, we will review and guide you on the subsequent steps. Please refrain from mailing back the item until you receive a confirmation email from us.

(4) A shipping fee of SGD3.50 will apply for sending the replacement item to you.

RETURNS

(1) To initiate a return, please email us at care@ardourlabel.com with your order number, the item name and reason for return. This information helps us improve our products/services and address any concerns you may have had. Your feedback is essential for helping us serve you better!

Upon receiving your request, we will review and guide you on the subsequent steps. Please refrain from mailing back the item until you receive a confirmation email from us.

(2) A handling fee of SGD4 will apply for the processing of each return.

After receiving and inspecting the return parcel, a refund in credit code equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s), less the SGD4 handling fee, will be processed. 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)

We sincerely apologize for the oversight in our quality checks regarding this product. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at care@ardourlabel.com with clear pictures of the issue. This will help us promptly address the matter and provide you with guidance on the return procedure. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.

An item is considered only defective in the case of a manufacturing fault. As each item is handmade, there may be a difference of 0.2-0.5 inch in the provided measurements. Differences in measurements do not qualify as a defect.
